More importantly, a dirty dust residue was left on my carpet that I was not told about!!! They failed the white sock test terribly(see below)! What a waste of money!"

The carpeting had been serviced in the past by other companies and it was indeed a daunting task. John and Zach approached the work with professionalism, honesty, and care. None of the other companies came near the level of success that John and Zach achieved. You would never know that my carpet was originally installed in 2003.
