I highly recommend Vincent Troiano from Tech Specialist Solutions LLC. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things IT. Though my immediate issue seems to be hardware-related (which I will bring up with my laptop vendor support), Vincent was able to immediately provide a work-around enabling me to continue to use my laptop for my needs. Extremely responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and arrived at my house on the dot of the scheduled time. Not wanting to simply just drop off my computer loaded with personal and sensitive data with anyone, his in-home services are expert and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Vincent from Tech Specialist Solutions LLC.

Vinnie Triano from TSS was an exemplary computer technician. Timely, polite, easy to communicate my difficult word processing problem with. He worked quickly and with expertise, but still took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how to do it myself should the difficulties occur again. I had no Internet or wi-fi. Vincent got right back to me after I contacted him through Home Advisor and came over the next day (on a weekend!). Fixed my computer and reset all devices, also getting rid of many viruses. I will be contacting Vincent for all future issues. Highly recommended!
