Boris is one of those consummate professionals that you may be lucky enough to meet from time to time. His pricing for the services performed were quite fair. I had my laptop back in a couple of days and it is performing better than I had expected. I'm going to bring another laptop to him for upgrading as soon as my schedule allows.

Tech was able to save some important and dear memory for my family and that was $100.00 per device.
He gave me fair price on update of tablet PC and  that is  working well.

The repair progress was great.  He walked us through all steps and kept us informed all the way through.  This was a computer my son built himself and he took the time to talk to him and answer all of his questions.  In my opinion he went above and beyond what was asked of him.  I would definitely use him again.

He came and there was a problem. He came back on his own hours to fix the issue. He cleaned the viruses and malware. He was here for around two hours. It is now functioning the way it should.

The service was great. It was exactly as he said. It was all back to everything it was. It was all fine. They have a flat rate of $100. No matter what it takes if we bring the power to them. It wasn't bad at all. We were very pleased with the service. He did what he promised. When he said it would be ready, it was ready. We would definitely use them again.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Despire his stated price policy of $50 for the diagnostic and $100 for labor, he only charged me $100 for the whole thing. My PC has been running just fine since getting it home three days ago, so Mr. Vitebski seems to have fixed the problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend NY PC Clinic to anyone.
