He made wrong diagnosis saying my hard drive is bad need new One charged me $80 asking $240 to install new hard drive and reinstall Windows etc I took to staples they reset the hard drive installed Windows cost me &120 so I wasted $80 lucky did not get filled paying him $240

"Hard drive failed multiple hard drive tests also attempted to recover data which was not accessible due to drive being bad. Made recommendation and agreement to purchase new hard drive that I would install and reload windows 7 on. He decided on his own to go to Staples format and reload Windows on the bad drive which I did not recommend to do."

iNTERNET WAS SLOW ON DESKTOP. LAPTOP WAS FULL OF VIRUSES. NOW MY DESKTOP REALLY ZIPS ALONG AND THE KIDS ARE BACK ON THE LAPTOP
