Gerry did a great job. He even met me for an hour after the repairs were done to go over what he did with my computer and then made himself available by phone a few days later for some fine tuning help I needed.

Jerry came to my house on Thursday afternoon @ 2 PM. I made the appointment on late Wednesday afternoon. He was polite and efficient and arrived on time. I definitely will call him again if I have trouble with my computer.
