"We were preparing to list our home and had a very tight time frame to replace the glass in a few of our windows. The Window Doctor responded quickly to our request and met our deadline. Crystal, the receptionist, was very easy and kind to work with. The installers who came to our house were kind and respectful as well. I appreciated that they provide discounts for multiple windows being done. Overall, we were pleased with the windows and the quick turnaround on ordering and installing. We did notice that the metal rim at the edge of the glass shows, whereas the old glass fit completely tucked into the wooden frame. Also, I had to do a bit of touch-up paint on the wood frame after they were done. Not a big deal and may be common issues, but something we noted."
