went extremely well. very professional, very clean, very quick. only problem was that they didn't re-encase the alarm wiring inside the moulding but left them it out.

They were fabulous! I have always liked their product. They are beautiful! We were very happy with what we have and what we paid for. You can't get a better window. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. Their professionalism was excellent. We'll definitely use them again. We're hoping to do some more windows this year.

First project went great! We are so pleased, we went back to Pella and Patrick Sullivan to help us this year with upstairs windows. First project cost approximately $11,000.

I didn't know a contractor so I went to the Pella Window Store for help. They were very helpful and gave me the name of a contractor who could do the work. The contractor was very responsive and he ordered the windows directly from Pella. They are a bit pricey but of very good quality.

The installers were very pleasant, efficient, and meticulous! The windows were replaced and installed in 5 hours. Cleaned the area and did not stop for lunch! They did a wonderful job!

I am extremely happy with the choice of Pella replacement windows purchased direct from Pella store. While more expensive than competing products the quality is excellent and the installation completely painless. The installers came exactly when scheduled and finished exactly when promised. The house was left in exactly the same condition when the work was complete. The installers were extremely professional and couldn't have done a better job. We are extremely happy with the windows.
