We were extremely pleased with the entire process of having a new roof installed. Ron was very pleasant and promptly came to our house. He gave us a very fair estimate, from which he later subtracted the promised discount for mentioning Angie's List. His crew was prompt, pleasant, and professional. They worked steadily and cleaned up the surroundings not only after the first day, but after the second and final day. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend the company.

Higher price than selected contractor was due in part to distance needed to preform services.  Otherwise, very professional.

They came out promptly, on time, they didn't really bother anybody. Very professional and they delivered the quote within a week of coming out. They're professional and they show up when they say they will.

We haven't used the service yet, but are leaning very heavily towards having them do the work. Will let you know if we do and how it turns out.

GR&H Co workers were there from sunup to sundown to finish in a short period of time.  They were courteous and friendly!  Don't really plan on putting a roof on anytime soon, but if i did, they would be the guys I would call!!!

I'm new to the area so I checked Angie's List in the hope of finding a reliable
roofing contractor. I got three hits within 25 miles of my home. General Roofing
has a perfect "A" rating over 5 references, the other two have "D" ratings.
Called and set an appointment for the owner, Ion Ryan, to give me an estimate. I
also scheduled an estimate with Home Depot. General Roofing came in at less than
half the price of Home Depot. Decision made. Anticipated installation date was
two weeks out. Ion called in less than a week and said, "How about tomorrow?"
"Perfect, what time?" "8:00 am"... As quoted, at 8:00 am four trucks pulled in
and seven pro's got to work immediately. With one coffee break and a half-hour
for lunch by 3:30 that afternoon they were pack-up, cleaned-up and heading home.
Amazing! Very professional and eager to please. I'll be using them in the future
for seamless gutters and replacement windows on my other properties.

They arrived early and finished the job early and finished the job within one day.  They were very prompt in getting to our roof after we called and told them we had a leak.

It was a very satisfying experience from estimate to completion. The crews were very capable, seemed to enjoy their work, always answered our questions, & the owner was great!

Company came out looked at the problem, mailed me an estimate, I returned a call to them to do the repairs, they put me in line, for the repair two men showed up the next week took a couple of hours and performed the work. It has rained since I have not noticed any leaks in the areas that had been leaking. since.

We decided to go with a metal roof. Ion and his guys knew what they were doing, were efficient and professional. The job was finished quickly and it looked superb. Best of all my garage doesn't leak. We are very happy and probably won't need to see him for a long while but when or if we do there is no question who we'll call.

They did an assessment of the roof. They told me it did not need to be replaced when I thought it did. They saved me six or seven thousand dollars. They did an excellent job.
