The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

He came to my house, measured the job I wanted to have done and the amount of carpet he said to order was much less than the first recommendation. I needed someone to make area rugs out of rolled carpet and a runner installed on stairs. Josh was extremely helpful and efficient in planning and scheduling my job.
