Sal, the owner, and his co-worker came after work and measured my entire kitchen and consulted me on a few installation questions I had. "Driving around Albany, Ny, we passed Kitchen and Bath World and dropped in to see the displays.  It was our first time there.  We met a designer named Emily LaRose and spoke with her about our vision to restore an old home.  Emily immediately understood that vision.  She was full of ideas and always so positive.  Through months of planning, selections, ordering, and installing, the entire KBW staff has assisted, cheered, and accompanied us.  This was the best remodel experience we have ever had. 
The entire project was huge and required professionals who would carry the vision through to completion.  KBW, especially our designer, Emily LaRose more than fulfilled that requirement.

T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. However, this was never a problem. Harold was always there, was immediately responsive, and never slacked off when I wasn't there.
