"Hello, from the first conversation with MOH, he was very professional and informative. I told him the fan of my unit wasn’t working. I asked what the fee would be to have the company come out to asses the unit?he told me what the price was and explained that if and when the they checked it out that fee would be in the total price for parts, and labor.
