"Hello, from the first conversation with MOH, he was very professional and informative. I told him the fan of my unit wasn’t working. I asked what the fee would be to have the company come out to asses the unit?he told me what the price was and explained that if and when the they checked it out that fee would be in the total price for parts, and labor. Fast forward they came at the time they scheduled and worked all while informing me as to what needed to be changed, repaired, maintenance service. I’m pleased with the work. "Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."
