I asked what the fee would be to have the company come out to asses the unit?he told me what the price was and explained that if and when the they checked it out that fee would be in the total price for parts, and labor. Fast forward they came at the time they scheduled and worked all while informing me as to what needed to be changed, repaired, maintenance service. I’m pleased with the work. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning.
