"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"When the brothers came in, they were very young around 17 and 21 years old. They told me they had been trained by their father. I showed them what needed to be done. I have a small kitchen, and I wanted them to paint three walls, the ceiling, and the window trim. They brought brushes, but they did not bring drop cloths to protect the floors and counters. As a result, they got paint on the wooden floor and in places where it was not supposed to be. I supplied the paint. I also asked them if they could replace a small fan in the kitchen, and they did, but where the old fan was attached to the ceiling, there were holes left behind that they did not fix before installing the new fan. Now there are holes in the ceiling around the new fan. Additionally, there was an area where the paint was peeling on the ceiling above the stove, and they did not repair it they just painted over it. They did not repair any of the damaged surfaces; they simply painted over them without doing any spackling, sanding, or proper preparation. Where the wall and the ceiling come together they did not paint that, it is very sloppy and uneven, where the vertical wall and the ceiling come together to form a right angle, they did not surface taping where they take off, they di not do any tape atapiung at all, they did not do any typing on the ceiling and the wall, everything is very sloppy an incomplete."
