One often has to follow up and stay on them to make sure the project keeps moving, and even then there are too many delays. However, that flaw is overwhelmed by the many pluses of working with Steven and his team, which is why I still gave HomeWork five stars. I would hire them again in a minute – perhaps with some built-in deadline carrots and sticks – and in fact am already working with Steven on a new major project.
