Led and his man hammered every nail flush, sanded the entire 500 sq/ft deck and then power washed it to remove all of the "dust" from the sanding. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions).
