"Sales person was very knowledgeable and not pushy, explained all details of refacing and our options. We liked proposal, signed contract at the same day . Next week owner Seth did measurements, offered large choice of new cabinet handles and in 5 weeks we got a call that everything is ready for installation (new cabinet with countertop including). Within 3 days 2 skilled workers completed the job. They covered entire kitchen with plastic, so dust from the kitchen was minimal in the rest of the house. They replaced for us new door shelves that we purchased separately. Everything looks now gorgeous and fresh. Our old kitchen is 33 years old. Now it looks brand new. We replaced all old shelves, drawers, doors, hardware. Refacing is the way when you want to save on hassle of replacing entire kitchen. Much faster, cheaper and easier to survive those installations. I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "Just want to thank the people at On the Level Design and Construction LLC. From the moment i met Ty years ago hes always been a honest and caring guy. He really takes the time to explain all parts of the project, how things are installed and the different products and applications that can be used. This is the second renovation Ty has done for me, and he is really on top of business. I love the fact that i didn't have to go anywhere else, he has a large selection of pretty much everything for the kitchen and bath projects, I did have to go to a plumbing supply house to choose some fixtures, but that's what my wife wanted, she has expensive taste. But overall He literally does the measurements him self and designs the whole thing in front of your eyes on his computer. He spent numerous hours coming up with the right design and supplied all the products, we had some holidays that pushed the delivery but thats understandable, The best thing i can say is that he stands behind his work and we had some damages done on delivery and he quickly rectified the situation. I just want to say, i love giving back to our military, and i can see Ty is proud of his service. "This was a very good experience. They where on time. It was done to the agreed upon price. The owner is Frank Tedeschi. We had a warped junk drawer. Rather then send for new drawer which would have cost us another 250 dollars, Frank repaired the drawer for a nominal fee. This was not part of the deal but he did it anyway. The quality of the work is outstanding. The cabinets look like new if not better. There was minimal inconvenience to us. They removed the cabinets doors and refinished them in their shop and then returned and them and re-installed them."
