"We needed a repair of a leaded glass side light. Terraza was very efficient and professional and quick to give us an estimate. They removed the panel, and returned the very next Saturday with a perfect repair which they installed. We met Donna and her husband who did a terrific job. I hope our dog Jeff who made this repair necessary when he tried to attack the mailman from inside the house never does this again. If he does we will get to see Donna and husband again and Jeffs milk bone treats will be reduced."

But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. Jesse installed 2 window air conditioners and also went to the store to pick one up for me since I couldn't. He did an excellent, thorough job. He was on time and a very nice man. He worked hard, made sure the jobs were done properly and cleaned up.  He will definitely be the first person I call the next time I need a job done around the home. Highly recommended!!!!

"Easy to work with, he clearly knew what he was doing and has a lot of experience. The whole crew was generally upbeat and courteous. They were on time and professional and even went above and beyond my expectations in some areas. I really appreciated that.
My only complaint was the cleanup. It was supposed to be completely ready for painting, but there was still quite a bit of sanding that needed to be done. And I wish I had prepped better before work began to avoid such a mess.
Also, I was expecting to pay with credit card (as advertised) but they informed me the day that work was to begin that they couldn't accept credit cards right now. So that required some last minute shuffling that cost me extra finance charges.
Overall I thought they did a great job. I recommend them but suggest going over their work carefully before they pack up and leave.
