They removed the panel, and returned the very next Saturday with a perfect repair which they installed. We met Donna and her husband who did a terrific job. I hope our dog Jeff who made this repair necessary when he tried to attack the mailman from inside the house never does this again. Jesse installed 2 window air conditioners and also went to the store to pick one up for me since I couldn't. He did an excellent, thorough job. He was on time and a very nice man.
