I have surrounded myself with a great group of employees. My head mechanic has been with me for almost 16 years. My assistant and office manager has been with me for over 6 years. I screen all of my employees to hire the best of the best. The only thing is great employees are paid more than average employees. I feel this is a huge bonus when working with us.
