NEW ENGLAND SHOWER DOORS BY YORKTOWN GLASS

This is the second time I have had the pleasure to work with Yorktown Glass! Clearly, I am a fan! Dennis, and everyone in the showroom, and the guys that came to install were "simply the best"! Yorktown Glass offers a great, durable, and really stylish product; expertly installed and at a reasonable and competitive price. Can't recommend them enough!! Thanks .....again!

The quote was provided in a very timely manner after the initial visit to assess the work involved in contrast to some other service providers who had been contacted. The price was quite reasonable. The order was placed for the double-pane glass for the 10 windows with the very pleasant office staff. The installation was subsequently scheduled after the double-pane glass for the windows had arrived, and the installers arrived on time for the appointment. They were very polite, careful, and professional. I have to add that one of the windows presented a problem, and the installers really exhibited patience and diligence. One of the double-pane glass arrived in the wrong thickness, so it had to be re-ordered. Another appointment was scheduled when the glass arrived, and the installer did a very nice job with the installation.

We called several from Angie's list.  Yorktown was very courteous and responsive.  The first appointment was to measure and this was done promptly (within few days).    We exchanged some emails about designs and glass options and quickly agreed on a very competitive price. They promised they would do their best to get it done before Christmas and 2 weeks later ahead of schedule they came in and did the installation.  The install crew were two extremely polite and informative fellows who did a meticulous job.  They spent time to explain the proper care and maintenance and what cleaners NOT to use (very important).  Everything was new in our master bathroom and they protected everything and were quite careful.  The installation was perfect and the large door and panel to our shower looks great.  We highly recommend them and will look forward to using them again as we
do other bathrooms in our house.

Dennis from Yorktown Glass was very professional and answered all questions that I had regarding the installation of the shower door.  He showed me several alternatives that were available.  He went into detail about the products that I chose for the glass.  He knew that we were under a time constraint because we were having visitors arriving on September 30th.  He assured me that the door would arrive prior to that.  The installation went quickly and smoothly.  The door looks and works very good.  I would use them again, and I would recommend them to others.

We had New England Shower Doors come to our house and give us an estimate for a custom swing out  glass/shower door.  Dennis, the owner came on time and was very helpful with ideas and details for the door.  Several days later, he e-mailed us a detailed estimate which included a diagram and prices for several different options.  Once we called Dennis with our decision,  the installation was scheduled for the following Wednesday with a start time between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.   Joe and Steve, the installers, pulled in the driveway at exactly 9:00 AM.  They were clean, neat and professional.  They installed the custom shower door without any issues cleaning up after themselves and taking away all garbage.  The door looks and works great.  With out a doubt, we highly recommend NESD.

Pricing was competitive with other vendors (if not absolutely rock-bottom), but what struck us from the start was the attention to detail and outstanding product knowledge. Once installation commenced, the installers were courteous, clean and thorough. Everything works as promised. We'll use Yorktown again.

THE MEN WERE PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY KNEW THEIR JOB AND EVEN CLEANED COBWEBS AND DUST FROM THE SURROUNDING WINDOWS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND KEPT THE HOUSE NEAT AND CLEAN.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME OVER VERY SOON AFTER BEING CALLED AND DID THE JOB VERY SOON AFTER. THEY WERE NEAT AND CAREFUL WHEN PULLING THE STOVE OUT. THEY WERE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
