Easy to schedule, but I'm pretty flexible on time. They do real cleaning using a bucket with water and a mop, not wiping and swiffering (which I do myself in between cleanings). They schedule 4 people for 1 hour of cleaning, so it's not a linear 4 hours of cleaning time; its 4 man/woman hours of labor towards your cleaning job. I love this because I put no value on how long people stay at my house and would prefer a short intense session and then get out of my way as soon as possible."

"It was uneven. First, she was delayed 1 1/2 hr and I had taken the morning off from work to guide her and I had to leave before she was done. She apparently spent a lot of time upstairs in the bedrooms but not enough time downstairs in the main living area and did not thoroughly clean the floors and did not touch the lower half bath which I had specifically pointed out to her.  So I would not call her back or recommend her."

Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Greg did meticulous work, and our home was always left in pristine condition at the end of the day. We will be recommending Kitchen and Bath World to our family and friends!"

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
