"Rene is a total rip off. Paid top dollar for a snap lock standing seam metal roof. The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

He will not quit on a task until he is satisfied that it has been done to his high standard of quality work. We could not be happier with the vinyl flooring installation he just completed for us. This is not the first time we have hired Sonny. He had previously insalled soffitt vents for the attic; front and back of our house. We have been so impressed with his work that we are now discussing plans for our next project: a major bathroom renovation. "Chris did an excellent job repairing three doors that needed adjusting. He realigned locks, strike plates and ensured there was a good seal when closed. He also pointed out a bare wood strip on the side of the door that was swelling in the humidity making the door stick. He planed the edge and painted it so that the swelling would no longer be an issue. He cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the work he did. I have already hired him to do some additional work. I highly recommend this company."

"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."
