"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "Alberto and his crew were amazing. They were on time every day, and worked extremely hard at their craft. They were very conscientious and made sure we were happy with the project every step of the way. We had just bought the house, so they were very willing to work around other scheduled appointments we had made for other projects. Even as the project came to a close Alberto told us that if we were unhappy with any of the work or if we saw anything that needed to be touched up, he would absolutely come back and make sure we were satisfied. "Ron returned our initial call the same day and an appointment for an estimate for a deck renovation was set for the next day. He arrived on time and provided us verbally with a detailed list of the services he would perform and 2 prices...in the spring and right now. This was followed up the next day with a detailed written estimate listing exactly what he had verbally said. We choose to have the job done soon and Ron said they could start the following Monday at 8am. He and his crew showed up on time that Monday and we were introduced to each member of the crew. Throughout the whole project Ron and each member of the crew were courteous and polite whenever we had an interaction with them. Ron never failed to respond to my many questions and was accommodating whenever we made a change to plans as the job progressed. His suggestions when we were stuck on a detail were always well thought out and showed his vast knowledge of decks, railings and fences. The job was completed as on time as the weather allowed and was done to the exact details of the original contract and the few additions/modifications made along the way. The quality of the work done was excellent and we are extremely pleased with our renovated deck and privacy fencing around the pool. "Luna Siding and Roofing was fast (3 days), and efficient. I had to have my entire roof covered with new plywood due to the age of the house. Luna's craftsmanship is superb. When the job was done my yard looked as though they were never there. They removed every bit of debris from the old roof. The roof looks so good now I'm forced to get new siding so the rest of the house looks as good as the roof. When I first called Luna they sent someone to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. I had my estimate soon after which included a warranty on craftsmanship and on the roofing material itself. He was patient and explained everything in great detail. The roof comes with a warranty can be transferred to the next owner if I decide to sell. Also I have to add that his administrative staff is very helpful and professional. They were polite, responsive and if they didn't have an answer they called the boss (who by the way personally goes to each job and supervises the work himself). Overall I'm very happy with Luna Siding and Roofing. I was a little nervous about the job beforehand but they made it painless. I would highly recommend them"
