"We have had the pleasure of working with Ed and his team at Down to Earth Cleaning since the beginning of last year, and we could not be happier with the exceptional service they provide. They handle all of the industrial cleaning at our factory and consistently do an outstanding job. We have also used their services in our home, and the quality and attention to detail have been just as impressive. Ed and his team are thorough, professional, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They take pride in their work, pay attention to the details, and always leave everything looking sparkling! We highly recommend Down to Earth Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking cleaning team. We are extremely grateful to have found them and look forward to continuing to work with Ed and his team!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I’m so glad I chose Edward and his team for the job. Not only were they fast, efficient, and detail-oriented, they cleaned our house carefully and were very courteous. I’m looking forward to a regular housecleaning schedule with Edward and his team."

"Kayla is great! I have two large dogs and two cats and she handles our messy house incredibly well. We currently use her services on a biweekly basis and will continue to do so!"

"The Boynton team did a STELLAR job! Why? We loved into a prewar home that had lead paint. They were able to clean it so much that my 21 month old was safe to roam around. The team also got straight to work cleaning every nook and cranny. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I’m so grateful for their service and will be using them regularly. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Pick up was within 1 hr of scheduled time , drop off was several days later than estimated. This is a very specialized service so I do not have a benchmark for the price, So I don't know if it was a good value, but the carpets look great."

"Did a great job dealing with unforeseen difficulties."

"Farrah was amazing, she was very organized and thorough in her cleaning. I look forward to her cleaning my home again. Thank you Farrah!"

"My awning was hanging and damaging my house. He did an excellent repair job, and on top of that he ended up having to shovel snow and prune a tree to do the work. The price was well within reason."
