He measured the areas to be cleaned (no moving furniture) and carefully explained 3 different pricing options. With 2 dogs (and their "accidents") I was totally amazed with the quality of work! "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I called Quality Carpet last minute to see if I could schedule a carpet and couch cleaning.  They answered immediately and I booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday, the next day.  I told them if they had any earlier, to please let me know.  They ended up having a cancelation and called me to see if they could come at 10am.  They were very professional and thorough.  My carpets and couch look great!
