"I was impressed with Mike starting with our initial phone conversation. He was very familiar with my generator and had the expertise and parts to diagnose the problem. He came at the scheduled time and tested the alternator. The alternator stator has a bad winding. He did not have a replacement stator. It is an expensive part and I have not decided whether to replace it or get a new generator. The charges for the service call and time spent were very reasonable. When I decide how to proceed, I will call Reliable Power Systems for whatever help I need."
