O'Connell Electric did all the work. They even got the permits that were needed for the job started, we just payed the town fee. Did all the work for the NYSERTA rebate. The sales person was very helpful and knew about the system, install, and pricing.
The installers did a great job, they knew what they were doing. They even worked through some really bad weather that we had this winter during the installation. It took about a week for the installation and there were no problems at all once they were finished.
Everything is working fine and we are saving money on our electric bill. We can even monitor the system and our savings on our home computer. We expect that this system will eliminate our electric bill completely. Everyone at O'Connell from start to finish was very professional and we have highly recommend them to anyone who has asked.
