"I can't speak highly enough of MPT . I was able to set up an appointment right away for am estimate. Within 2 weeks they came over to do the work. They were here promptly at 8 am as promised. Both jobs were done by 3:30 that afternoon. They replaced the lower portion of the garage wall with a pvc strip, put in new treated lumber where needed and sealed everything off to eliminate any water seepage. Basement looks terrific. Wife couldn't be happier. Floor is perfect as it the trim work, moldings and painting they did. VERY professional. We will have them back to do more work."

"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

"I hired contractor on May 30, 2018. Work on porches progressed satisfactorily. They demolished the bathroom on June 16. Because he did not replace toilet, daily, I was forced to move into my sister’s house. 48 days later I advised that I could not wait for them to finish any longer and had to move back in. Discovered that during that time, they entered my bedroom (it appeared someone had laid on my bed!), used my carpet vacuum to clean up construction debris, used my dish towels as rags, broke my mop, trashed my new sink and mirror, left the toilet outside in my yard, left dozens of scratches on my enamel sink, stained my new washer with purple plumbing liquid, did not attach seat to toilet, did not reimburse me for items they mistakenly trashed, did not attach new shower faucet to wall. Overall, this company was extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, terrible at keeping their word. The tile work is just okay. I had to finish numerous things on my own. The bathroom project was to take two weeks and took over three months. I would not recommend Snyder Carpentry and Builders to anyone."
