"Excellent. I reached out to Ivan late Sunday afternoon, the day before a holiday. He called me right back and came right over! He was very professional, courteous and the price was great. We needed to change air conditioners to fit the window. We purchased the correct one and he came over at 8am on a Holiday and installed the unit!. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
