I have experience emptying and refinishing an apartment for rental, as well as various experience with furniture assembly and repair, all types of cleaning, and am skilled with a variety of basic tools. I will be able to do any job that doesn't require a specific license or certification for.

"I contacted Complete Painting And Repair for a free estimate and they were quick to return my call.  The next day, Scott stopped by and we walked the property and he provided an estimate.  Within the next week, I received three other estimates from competitors. Complete Painting and Repair gave me the best bid and also left me with confidence that they'd do the job well.
I provided Scott with the colors for the deck and house.  He took care of acquiring the paint.  It took approximately two weeks for the job to begin and another week to finish the job after it had began.    This was primarily due to an unfortunate streak of bad luck with weather.

"The process was supposed to take 3 days, it was finally done in 8 days. The trash removal was sloppy. Because the roof was not properly covered and secured, there was a big roof leak. As a result my ceiling got damaged. I am still waiting for contractor to change wet insulation in attic and fix damage ceiling. Will follow up when the damages are fix."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "Refinishing Deck-Mr. Boone was sure to inquire whether I was interested in posts and whether I wanted underside to be completed. (I declined on underside).  He also was sure to ask me about birds nests, whether to remove or work around.  Pressure washed deck the first day, made sure it was dry before the staining, recommended brush staining in my situation.  He had a recommendation for stain including color and brand.  He offered to pick up the stain himself if I wasn't interested in putting cans into my car.  Was thorough on stain coverage.  He had some assistance and he made sure the work was double checked by him and then again by myself-assuring that I would be happy with the job.  I was very happy and appreciative of his paying attention to detail.
Pressure washing-House & Shed.  While he was here with the pressure washer he asked if I was interested in having house & shed pressure washed.  I was, just hadn't had the opportunity to call "my guy". He was willing to match my most recent price. So, it worked out well and he did it that very same day. Mind you, all of the pressure washing is with the use of your own water.  On this particular job, when he showed me around the house, I pointed out an area on my porch that needed to be "cleaned up" because some debris must have ricocheted off the close corners of the porch.  He agreed immediately and had his guys pull the machine back off of the truck to redo it.  Perfect. He double checked my shed, and had the guys come back out to redo the back of the shed--which faces the woods!  This man cares about his work and reputation.
Siding repair-House & Shed.  A neighbor's tree had fallen on my shed-not enough damage where my deductible would kick in.  Anyway, Mr. Boone told me he had been in the construction business before and has had experience with installing siding.  He offered to come back and fix my siding.  I went to Home Depot for a close match and he picked up the siding for me within a couple days when I could be home.  He did an excellent job.  I can now cross this too off of my list!
We found some other work that needs to be done (of course there is always something that could use repair) and I will have Mr. Boone back to make those repairs.  I am very pleased with his eagerness to do quality work and satisfy his customers.  Thx

Todd did an awesome job. He could visualize what we wanted in the project and delivered. He is the most honest contractor we've ever worked with. We gave him our garage door code to get in so he could have access to the electrical panels when we were not home.  No matter how busy he was he always stopped to talk about what we wanted or needed done on the job. If there were any issues or problems with the work (we had nothing major at all!), as soon as we mentioned it to him, BAM, it was corrected without any comments, questions or complaints!!!!! There was a problem with our roof installation that we were unaware of but Todd noticed it and was not happy. He took that section of roof down and replaced it correctly. He pointed out what the problem was and absorbed the cost himself (which is the correct and professional thing to do!). It's about 21 X 12 foot porch, with rough cedar siding inside and vinyl siding outside. He tore out and replaced a retaining wall on one side. He ripped off the old indoor-outdoor carpeting and installed tile flooring on the concrete base. He hooked up a storm door, cable, electrical outlets, ceiling fan and lighting. He also built Plexiglas panels to pop into the screened windows to keep out wind, rain or snow and built a beautiful storage "cabinet" for them when they are out.

We would and WILL have Todd back to our home for some more work that needs to be done here.

He also did a massive bi-level deck at my sisters home that is absolutely gorgeous. (She is not an Angie's member which is why I mention it.)

We think Todd is the next best thing to sliced bread. We've got dibs on him, so you may have to wait to get him to your place!!!!!
