Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"The process was supposed to take 3 days, it was finally done in 8 days. The trash removal was sloppy. Because the roof was not properly covered and secured, there was a big roof leak. As a result my ceiling got damaged. I am still waiting for contractor to change wet insulation in attic and fix damage ceiling. Will follow up when the damages are fix."

T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. "Boone's painting did an absolutely amazing job power washing our house today.  I wish I had before and after pictures to do justice to the work he provided.  I was prepared to paint my shutters, but the work they performed today restored things to looking like they did 7 years ago.  They performed the work until they were happy with the results which took two cleanings on 3 sides and a third cleaning on the 4th side of the house.  When I returned from work Daniel stopped by the house to walk me through his work and discuss any potential issues he thought may be present.  As a result of this experience when I need any painting work, I will definitely be contacting Boone's painting.
