"I posted a detailed UNSAT rating of the BBB sites. Net - I have called ANC 17 TIMES over the last 2 years to replace 7 pieces of siding they damaged when installing my new AC. They have given me every excuse under the sun, bad company credit card when ordering the siding, company sent soffit instead of siding, Lloyd Jr isn’t responding to service tech, “ will call you back tomorrow “ weeks go by and I still have to chase them. Guess it’s time we go to court."

I had contracted Piccirilli for a job to replace my Pressure tank. After giving a $1200 deposit, I Immediately researched the price for the job and found estimates much less. I called the office immediately and canceled the job, This was not in dispute. Now I have to spend even more time and effort to collect the debt that was awarded me in Small Claims court."
