"Thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful review! I truly appreciate the opportunity to help with the roof repair and glad we could resolve the issue quickly and affordably. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m looking forward to helping with any future projects you may have. — Joel J. Ventura Contracting, LLC"
"[Member Name Removed], I appreciate the opportunity to have previously worked with you on your roofing projects and regret that your experience with the bathroom renovation did not meet your expectations. While challenges arose during the project, I remained committed to addressing concerns and ensuring the work was completed properly. It’s important to clarify that the project was still in progress when the decision was made to terminate. The shower installation had not yet been completed, and while there were differences in approach, I was fully prepared to see the project through to completion. Despite having the legal right to remedy any concerns, I respected the homeowner’s request to part ways and, in good faith, agreed to a calculated refund based on the difference between work completed and payments received. This was a voluntary decision, not an obligation, and I have already communicated my willingness to follow through with repayment. Regarding communication, I have responded to all legal inquiries and provided a detailed accounting of completed work. While I acknowledge a brief delay in my formal response due to unforeseen circumstances—including relocating and managing ongoing business obligations—I have remained engaged and open to resolving this fairly. My goal is always to maintain transparency and deliver quality work. I regret that this project did not result in a positive experience, and I remain committed to fulfilling my agreed-upon obligations. — Joel Ventura J. Ventura Contracting, LLC"
"Hello Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about the quality and speed of our work once we started. I’m glad to hear that you were satisfied with the final outcome. I apologize for the initial wait time and the extended working hours. We strive to manage our project timelines as efficiently as possible, but occasionally, high demand can lead to delays. We are continually working on improving our scheduling to better serve our clients. Thank you for your patience and for recommending our services. We hope to make your next experience with us even smoother. Best regards, Joel"
