"As always, they were professional and prompt. Ref refused to charge us or give us a bill. The leak had nothing to do with their bathroom installation above. The leak came from air-conditioning condensation. I’ve used Oz for over 40 years. They’ve done kitchens and numerous bathrooms for us. They go above and beyond my wife… Who can be very tough to please, was so impressed on how they vacuumed and cleaned up each day they were on schedule for all projects. "I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid.
