"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

Over the past several years, we have contracted with many different home improvement companies in order to renovate our living space and house infrastructure. He assisted us in determining the appropriate layouts for the entire infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) ensured all materials and fixtures were accounted for. His fairness in pricing was only exceeded by his dependability and accountability. Homeowners are always challenged by improvement specialists in regards to attendance and responsibility. With Mr. Hagerman, these qualities were NEVER in question. Jeff always began his workday as expected. Each day, he would review his work with us and let us know next steps and upcoming schedules. His friendly personality and trustworthiness made us feel very comfortable and put us at ease in regards to his extended time in our home. As with any improvement job, issues arose from time to time. Jeff ALWAYS took ownership of our challenges and ensured my wife and I were pleased. Another tremendous advantage of working with Northgate is dealing with their network of improvement specialists. Jeff coordinated tile installation with another firm who performed excellent work. His assistant also joined him each day in order to carry out the various tasks of the project. Like Jeff, his quality was excellent and was a pleasure to work with. Our bathroom/bedroom remodeling job just wrapped up last week. We are so very excited in the outcome in regards to comfort, usage and increased value of our home. This complex project was seen to a most successful end and exceeded our expectations.
