"We hired Four Seasons to redo our 30+ year old siding, which included our 3 story home and detached garage. In addition, we had them repair our roof and fix our foundation in the back of our home. This became a massive undertaking and we are so completely thrilled we choose them. We asked for job references and spoke with 4 different home owners who had nothing but amazing things to say about them. We compared their work to another larger company, and Four Seasons was out of the park; their level of detail was completely unmatched. Each home was literally picture perfect. If you’re hesitating – don’t! They are well worth the investment. From day one until the date of completion, Oscar listened to every single request and concern and continued to go above and beyond. We are so thankful we had him to work with from start to finish – we don’t believe anyone else would have taken the time out of their day to listen and give us exactly what we wanted (and then some). He is so honest and patient, which makes him such a pleasure to work with. Our foreman, Caesar and his entire team are so extremely skilled at their trade; the level of detail is unmatched. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. "Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new. I was so impressed I immediately hired him to repair a door frame, stain my back deck, and replace warped deck boards.
