The Contractor was responsive to my questions in a timely and professional manner. The work got done exceptionally well, timely and under his supervision. And the final product was beautiful.

We are very pleased with how our outdoor patio came out. The owner suggested California stucco on the side of the house instead of just replacing the tile. We really like how it looks. The tile itself was done to perfection. The job itself had difficulties because of the steps and they added a much bigger drain. We loved how it came out!

The cleaned after completion of project They repaired my broken bricks and mortar. They repaired the exterior by brick pointing using waterproof sealant to prevent water leakage I was experiecing.I found their fees reasonable compared to other contractors. Vey satisfied with the quality of their work and would recommend them without reservation

I just had two projects completed by Mohammed and New Mark Painting & Construction. I am very pleased with the way he completed my stairs and walkway paver. Mohammed is truly a hard worker and a genuine professional. He keeps you up to date on every aspect of the project and will do whatever necessary to keep you, the customer, happy. I asked him to change a step because I wasn’t liking the way it looked and he changed it without any hesitation. He DOES NOT cut corners. In fact, he went and got new paver stones because a portion of them were chipped and he did not feel comfortable using them for the rest of the project. He is very efficient and really knows his stuff, as he walked me step by step on how every piece of the project was going to be done. Unlike some contractors he was not pushy or demanding of a large deposit upfront, which I appreciated. I will 1000% recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

Horrible experience! Much like another customers review said, he was **very condescending** He will definitely reach out quickly to get the job, but buyer beware! He will not guarantee the work. We installed a patio above the garage just over 1 year ago and there were leaks everywhere underneath. He claims he put the membrane underneath the tiles but the results say otherwise. We had this issue for many minutes now and we finally reported this to HomeAdvisor in December 2020. They reached out to him to see if this can be resolved. However, he gave many excuses as to why he could not come sooner to fix it. He cited he had to wait for his technician to come to look at the job. He did not make it until the end of February 2021. Yet the leaks are still present. He said he will wait for rain to come to check again. Meanwhile, he could have simply run water through a hose to check for leaks but did not. BIG RED FLAG. So we waited a few weeks for rain. Once the rain came, he never contacted me. I had to text him. Result? No reply. I texted him again with a message saying that this will be reported to HomeAdvisor. That is when he called to say he was at the doctor and will call me back to schedule a time to meet. He never called but instead went through to the job site unannounced, talked to a tenant on-site to claim that there was no leak. They knew nothing about this. I asked him to meet with me directly and he refused. The process is going to go through called FairClaims; a way to resolve small claims online without having to go to court. This is offered by HomeAdvisor. Ultimately, the workmanship is not good as initially thought. I had the same sense of satisfaction when my project was first completed. Everything looked great!! But you wonâ t find out until much later when thereâ s an issue with your project. And when you do, he will do the minimal patch up work to appease you but you will have recurring problems unless it is properly done. Hire at your own risk.

I am extremely happy with the work that Muhammad and his team did. They paved my front yard, and did some minor painting and repairing for a price that was very fair. I could not be happier with the results. They also cleaned everything up and took away all debris. They are true professionals. I would highly recommend them.

Newmark construction paved my front yard In a little under 6 hours and it looks great. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Muhammad was extremely helpful and competent for the job. I needed the edges of my patio to be filled with cement. He went above and beyond. He was excellent with communication and timely with his response. He was able to do a neat job and had many recommendations on what else could be done to the space. I was also really impressed with his cleanliness-he left everything as it was when he started if not better. After filling in all the edges with cement, he cleaned up and swept the patio. He even put the furniture that we moved around back. This speaks in volume and shows that he's a true professional. Thank you Muhammed for the job well done! The contractor was very condescending, did not want to cover the areas that were not properly painted, would not allow women to speak (if I saw an area that needed to be painted he stated second coat was more money), paid a LOT of money for a bad job, and even his worker who was there stated the area needed a second coating and Muhammad firmly stated NO. I would definitely NOT recommend him for anything.

A bit pushy but mostly respectful and gave the impression that they knew what to do and what materials were best for the job. The contracted work was done to our satisfaction. We were not jumping for joy at the completion of an added job, to seal the joints of the sidewalk on the other side facing the avenue, it was rushed and uneven!
