Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Frank Green provided me an estimate for the installation of a mini-split single unit at my parentâ s home in Farmingdale. His two employees did a professional job. My parents are seniors who live with a full-time aide. They were respectful and accommodating. A day or two after the unit was installed, I reached out to Frank with questions on how to operate the unit and possibly moving it several feet. That same day, he had his employee return to my parentâ s home to discuss the matter further and to drop off another manual considered to be more user friendly which solved our issue.
