If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers.
