"Jared was totally cool. Competent. Funny. The problem was more nasty than I thought. He just took this all in stride, like the pro he is. He talked me off the ledge💜 And proceeded to completely FIX the issue. This house is 154 yrs old, so plumbing issues can be daunting. But not for Jared. He was fast, thorough and amusing. "We had some serious clogs in our drain lines. Jason got rid of 2 stubborn clogs, recommended and installed an American Standard Champion toilet. Jason was very knowledgable, patient, answered and explained all our questions. We called around 8 pm and he was here the next morning by 10 am. He is the best plumber we have ever had.
