OVERALL: In carrying out the Remediation Service RodentX teams (collectively) exhibited the following qualities: workmanship, perseverance, communication, and commitment. However, if I were granted one wish as a customer, I would wish that one overall project manager would give the customer a walkthrough at the end of the project to demonstrate that every task in the contract has been performed to the customer’s satisfaction."
