Instead, Derek sent over his own company electrician to review the work to be done. Martin (electrician) did not want to open the ceiling for fear of damaging the soffits. He instead said he would run the wires thru a 2nd floor outlet to the porch. We set a date and time and he was at the house right on schedule. The job turned out to be more difficult than we thought but Martin was patient, professional and persistent. He managed to snake the wires and install the fans. I am very pleased with the work.
