Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. They are VERY NEAT workers, always cleaning as they go. They’re reliable, trustworthy and you can tell they aren’t just in it for the money. Humberto is really compassionate."

"Great! Ricardo and the team were timely, professional and did great work. We have an older house with some tricky repairs and the crew was able to make the repairs, match the stain and they look great. We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. Whole job was done in under 3 days."

"I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."

He responds promptly to calls and emails, gives advance notification if there's any delay, does the job on schedule and is an overall pleasure to work with. The best part is that his work is excellent and he stands behind any job he does! "They came to my house at 7pm to give me an estimate. Already a good start. Contractors don't usually work that late. Since this was a bathroom that was not used often, the intention was to just do a quick floor tile change, a bathtub reglaze and install a new vanity. It was an ugly bathroom from the 60s, that was also in very bad shape. As I watched their work evolve, their attention to detail, their punctuality, and the results, I kept adding to the job. So the four day job, to make a bathroom look a little better, became a three week job (by my choice) and I now have a basement bathroom that is better than my main bathroom. Jonathan does not do all the work himself. He is a mix of worker and contractor. He does get his hands dirty, but when it was time to install tiles, he brought in one of the best installers I ever seen. When it was time for plumbing, he brought in a plumber that was in my house until 8pm, twice, trying to figure out an issue with flooding that I was having for almost 15 years, and no one could ever fix. Now, it's fixed. New walls (one tiled) and a new ceiling were also installed. I also got the bathtub glazed. Perfect job as well. An ugly mustard color bathtub, now looks like a brand new white tub. Even the door got replaced. I have gone through many remodeling projects. This was far, the less stressful one. He also did some of the shopping. If you are looking for cheap work, go somewhere else. You will get cheap results. If you are looking for class A work, at a fair price, call these guys. They are honest, organized, very capable and competent. I will definetely recommend them."
