In desperation we put our problem to Angie and within 15 minutes we got a call from Fiori who came that day and, after water experiments, found out what the problem was, a leaky pipe and grout. Fiori and Edo came immediately and fixed the problem, a new pipe installed and new grout and silicone, with Fiori always explaining what he was doing. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."
