"Over the last five years we have had about six plumbers look at why water leaks from our shower into the kitchen, no one could work it out, the sodden sheetrock in the kitchen and bathroom has been renewed numerous times. In desperation we put our problem to Angie and within 15 minutes we got a call from Fiori who came that day and, after water experiments, found out what the problem was, a leaky pipe and grout. Fiori and Edo came immediately and fixed the problem, a new pipe installed and new grout and silicone, with Fiori always explaining what he was doing. "Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."
