I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. "Booked for the company to sand and poly our floors job took a week longer then anticipated and employees kept getting the coating wrong to match the other side of the floor that they did. Now just 2 weeks after my floors are scratched up everywhere I believe the incorrect amount of polyurethane was put down. Maybe if I had stood in there and watched them the entire job it would have been different. Owners promised to give us a good deal on my other floors because of the issues but never got back to me with even a quote and was clearly just saying that to us to shut us up and get paid. Even after we had issues the owner kept sending the same employees back inside of coming to fix the issue himself. "
