"Needed replacement of toilet wax seal. Service tech and assistant were super-nice, professional and clean. Said it would take 2 to 2.5h, but took about 45mins and the charge was $550 + fuel surcharge (if flange was not damaged). I thought this was quite high but based on Webber's ratings I figured it had to be right. Later found out that a experienced plumber would only charge around $200. Too bad, will not use T Webber again."

When they arrived, they claimed our leach field was failing and warned we could face fines if we didn’t replace it. Pressured, we agreed to a $10,000 job. Midway through, after tearing up our yard, they told us the system “wouldn’t work” and pushed a different one—for $30,000. We refused. What followed felt like sabotage. The work was sloppy, our yard was left a wreck, and our kids can’t even play back there anymore. It was fine before. It’s obvious they use bait-and-switch tactics: hook you with one price, then pressure you into paying much more. If you don’t cave, you’re left with garbage work. "HORRIBLY! I was just told by Tom Sutton heating & plumbing that they will not stand behind the generator repair failure where I almost lost an $8,500 boiler, hot water heater and had to buy two new sump pumps and pay for a plumber's visit and clean up after the generator failed during the storm. I also lost many items in the flooded basement. The fire dept and police were here 4x throughout the day trying to deal with the flooding, thanks to the failure of the generator to kick on when the power went off. This is the specific reason that I spent hundreds of dollars to repair the generator. Sutton basically told me to get lost. What is wrong with some companies? They don't seem to have any sense of responsibility or decency for other people. I really do not know how some of these companies can stay in business? It's truly disappointing that the old Sears Roebuck attitude has gone the way of the dinosaur."
