"I did hire this business. They showed up on time, They were able to offer a solution that I was looking for. The plastic on my skylights was beginning to crack and I needed them fixed. Not replaced. After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5. The only reason there wasnâ t a perfect score was for pricing, but good work isnâ t cheap, and cheap work isnâ t normally good. . I would hire Done Right roofing and repair again."
