This recent project was limited to renovating 2 bedrooms - floor sanding, repairing and painting walls with new closet doors and installing blinds. They also replaced a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, replaced loose tiles and painted. His costs are reasonable and I always appreciate his candor and expertise where design is concerned.
