"We closed on our new home on April 30, 2015 and as promised Enhancement Systems arrived first thing on May 1st to install our Hide-A-Hose Central Vacuum System. This was a brand new home which our builder no longer offered a central vacuum system. That was lucky for us as this is a far superior system than what we would have been offered and at a much better price. From my initial inquiry to the finished product, we are thrilled with this system. The men who did the installation were courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. "First he didn’t want to give me credit for the $1,000. He said that Angie’s List didn’t give him money. Then he estimated my bathroom at $8,000 and brought it down to $7,000. He was also supposed to finish the job before Christmas. He didn’t finish until after the first of the year. I paid for extra work to be done. He said he'd have more people working with him and it was just him. The quality of the work was fine, but the price was more than I had expected. His Big Deal should've been spelled out more."
