"I hired this company last October to illuminate mice and squirrels in my basement. In the beginning I thought highly of John and Anthony and thought they corrected the problem but in January the squirrels were back. I called them and their phone number says that the voicemail is full. I wrote to them and asked them to call me. They never contacted me and still haven’t. I keep trying to contact them, but they refused to accept my calls. John told me I would have a guarantee to get rid of them for one year which did not happen. I am totally frustrated that they won’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I would not recommend them at all."

A wasp is less likely to sting you if you remain still and calm when it lands on your or flies around you. Most wasps only sting when they feel threatened or disturbed, which is how they may interpret rapid movement or swatting. This is why it’s best to suppress movement and wait for the wasp to fly away.

If you seal bees in a wall and don’t leave them any way to escape, they may make one of their own. Otherwise, they’ll die inside the wall, and that creates many additional problems. If you’re having trouble with your traps, first examine them for flaws that would allow a squirrel to escape easily, such as loose doors or hinges. It’s also important to consider the location of your trap: Place it in areas with higher squirrel traffic, and make sure it’s on a sturdy surface so it can’t wobble or tip (squirrels aren’t likely to walk in a trap that isn’t stable). Lastly, try changing out your bait—in-shell peanuts or peanut butter often work best.

There are many steps you can take to keep mice out of your home. The most preventative include removing all available food sources, keeping your home clean, and sealing up entry points to your home. You can also try using live traps or even getting a cat. If none of these measures work, enlist the help of a pest control company.
