I called once and was told that a technician would be in touch with me and I didn't get a call back. So I called again and was assured someone would return my call. Although they were really busy, they did say they would call the next week and arrange to come out. I got a call when the tech was in the area asking if he could stop in and look at the bees, and luckily my husband had taken the day off to show him the issue. One treatment and I haven't seen a single carpenter bee since. The price was what I expected to pay, and is far less than what the damage to the house would end up costing us. I would absolutely use them again, but maybe not in a time-sensitive situation.

Dan Kannus responded promptly to a request for service through his calling service.  The calling service itself was frustrating to deal with, but he did receive the messages quickly and responded promptly.  He came to my house the same day, and was very friendly and reassuring.  He eliminated one of the wasps' nests right away, but lacked the equipment to do the other.  He came back the next day, and took care of the remaining one.  He charged me half of what Terminix quoted, and was much nicer to deal with.

Very friendly, looked at the area in question, gave us suggestions about alleviating the problem.  My neighbors ended up moving their compost closer to their dog run, and we moved the shed that they had camped under.  So far so good.
I'll definitely call them when the next pest problem comes up.

I called in the morning, and the initial inspection and extermination happened the same day. 48 hours later, the site was re=inspected to confirm that the entire nest had been exterminated.

We had rats in our kitchen (yikes), living under the house and coming up through the walls.  The A-Arrow guy was terrific - thoughtful, explained his approach and why, came several times to check the bait traps, and very reasonable (especially in comparison to my dreadful experience with Fur & Feathers).  I recommend them highly.

Called three local exterminators for quotes, describing the problem to each. A-Arrow's price was the lowest of the three. They were a bit slower about returning calls than the others, but were punctual once an appointment was set. The technician finished the job in about 20 minutes, answered all my questions about the process, and left written information about the insecticide that he used. I paid him on the spot and was issued a receipt. There has been no recurrence of the problem.
