We have used Pat for over 12 years, and have found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most importantly, really good at keeping all manner of pests away from our house. We have a large home set on 8 wooded acres and Pat has helped keep our home clear of all forms of insects and varmints - especially ants and mice. My only (minor) complaint is that he is sometimes a bit less responsive than I'd like, but that is not unreasonable during peak season. We will absolutely keep using Pat.

Pat is very knowledgeable, always helpful, and just a very likeable person overall. As the other reviewers said, he is not always the most responsive person; it did take two calls to get a response from him this past summer. He did call back and apologize after I called the second time, so I still gave him an and quot;Aand quot; above. I know his services are in high demand, and I do believe that he would come right away if we had a pest control emergency.
He also apparently sends out bills only every six months or so, so do not be surprised at that.
That being said, he has really helped us several times and always knows the right local resources to leverage to take cake of whatever pest problem you may have. For us, our relocated baby squirrels went to a specialized rescue, and, when we could not figure out what was biting us, Pat took a sample bug to Cornell entomology to have it identified. What else could we ask for, really?
Pat is great and we won't hesitate to call him again (but hope we won't have to...)

We've used Pat at least four times. Bees love our house, soffits, roof, walls! We called Pat for all of these problems. When it's urgent, he called us right back and sometimes it would take a couple of days to have a return call. They always arrived as scheduled and were very professional about the work they had to do (twice the bees were in the walls (*huge* nests) and twice there were in the ceiling/attic. His billing is slow but he gets around to it.
I will continue to hire him for pest control/management.

Excellent. Pat is first rate and knows the business. You leave several messages but eventually he will call you. You will get a bill from him but it won't be till the following jan. or feb. He is extremely honest and trustworthy.

They did some good work for us but then stopped returning our calls. Never billed us despite several reminders.

Pat Cozzarin Pest Management came out one time and treated the problem. He did a very professional job. He used the least toxic but most effective materials. He is professional and a very nice person to work with. He is so busy he sometimes cannot get to you right away.

We just moved to Ithaca from Pittsburgh, PA. We discovered immediately after closing on our 1915 home that honeybees had established a hive in one of the chimneys, and were entering the house with alarming frequency and in such large numbers that one bedroom had to be sealed off. They were literally coming out of the woodwork! Pat Cozzarin was recommended to us by our Realtor. He inspected our home to determine the extent of the bees infiltration into the house, and gave us sound, reasonable recommendations. He was very supportive of our desire to have the hive removed alive by a local bee keeper, and even lent his ladder to the endeavor. He came by shortly after the hive was removed, and killed the remaining bees. Then again, two weeks later to kill scavenger bees attracted by the remains of the hive.
